Located in Scribner, NE, we've been serving Dodge County and the surrounding communities since 1919. We firmly believe that being a local drugstore means providing healthcare services to our patients that are customized to meet their need. We refer to our pharmacy as a drugstore, because we believe in old fashioned customer service, greeting folks by name and considering them as friends and family - not being afraid to open the door, choose the perfect gift or card, or take a minute to catch up on the family news, in addition to the medications we dispense. At our drugstore, you're treated like family.
Tillara Kruse, PharmD
Tillara graduated from Logan View High School and attended UNO, finishing her pharmacy degree at UNMC. She has always been a strong, independent person, wanting to do things her way and make sure they are done to the best of her ability. Independent pharmacy fits this personality well, ensuring that people are well cared for and less likely to get lost in an impersonal healthcare system. Tillara loves getting to know patients and finding medication (or non-medication) solutions that help them lead healthier lives. Diabetes and smoking cessation are her favorite teaching points, but she enjoys educating on any disease state and treatment. When she's not practicing pharmacy (She's not sure when that is either!?) she can be found active in her local parish, reading a good book, or chasing kids around!
Matt Kruse, Delivery, etc.
Et cetera covers a lot! These days, Matt is mostly found out on deliveries, but his honey-do list is never ending at home and the store!
Nora, Emma, Harrison, Druggists-in-Training
We might as well consider these little people the marketing department. They can be found running (around) the store most Saturdays! They are proud to wear their Drugstore t-shirts like Mom and Dad and are expected to walk through the parades each summer.
Katie Hein, PharmD
Katie is a graduate of Drake University. She works with us part-time and is our Dispill adherence packaging expert! If you suffer from medication disorientation, she's got the prescription for you!
Roger Kaczmarek, RPh
Roger never lets an opportunity pass to let you know he's a Creighton graduate, Go Bluejays! He may be a familiar face and voice from independent pharmacies past. He helps fill in the gaps in the pharmacy schedule.
Denise Mueller, NE-CPhT
Denise is a native of the area, graduating from Logan View High School. She rocks out the cycle filling for local nursing home residents along with additional tasks that free up our pharmacists for clinical work! You may recognize her assistance in other main street businesses, good luck keeping track of her schedule!
